Our factory is equipped with standard and CNC (computer numerical control) machines.
Modern CNC processing equipment contains:
– vertical milling 3-axis machine for wide application with table dimensions 1120×610 (mm) and spindle power 18.5 kW with automatic tool change. It is used for milling ledges, planes, curved surfaces, holes with end and boring tools. An additional 4th controlled axis allows parts to be processed in one setup from several sides. Can be used to machine all material groups with the highest precision and geometry.
– The multifunctional lathe allows you to produce parts with a turning diameter of up to 260 mm and a length of up to 410 mm. Spindle power 15 kW. It is equipped with a “C” axis and a turret with a drive, which allows drilling and milling operations both in the axial and in the radial direction relative to the axis of rotation of the workpiece. Can be used to machine a wide range of parts with tight tolerances.
