On November 24th, 2021, in the State Scientific Metrological Center “VNIIFTRI” Victor Polyakov presented his PhD thesis “Research and development of a hydrogen maser with a single-state selection system for frequency stability improvement” , scientific advisor – doctor of technical sciences, Deputy General Director for Science in “Vremya-CH” JSC N. A. Demidov.
Victor has got the candidate of science degree in the specialization 05.11.15 – metrology and metrological support.
